Sale Conditions as follows:

1. This dog is to be healthy and of sound temperament for the first 120 hours (5 days) after date of sale. It is recommended that the buyer have the dog examined by a reputable veterinarian during this time period.

· Any puppy or adult going to a new home may be unsure of itself until it becomes completely familiar with its new surroundings, the older the dog, the longer the time needed

2. Terms of replacement for non-inherited defects shall be as follows:

2.1 A full refund will be given for any dog returned in same condition during the first 120 hours after the sale. Said dog shall be returned with all shipping expenses, including health certificate, being paid by the Buyer.

3. The seller guarantees this dog to be free of presently known inherited defects that would make this dog unsuitable as a PET. The breeder cannot guarantee that the dog will not contract a genetic disease. Genetic diseases can be transmitted in a recessive manner, therefore the breeder cannot guarantee against it. The health guarantee does not guarantee against belly
button hernia, dewclaws re-growth, retained testicle(s), missing or misaligned teeth. The seller will not be responsible for payment of vet bills associated with any defect of the puppy; those are responsibility of the Buyer. Seller has option of repeating testing(at seller's expense) should seller feel tests are not accurate. Should this dog be diagnosed with Moderate/Severe Hip Dysplasia, SA, Addisons, inherited Blindness or Deafness, by a qualified veterinary specialist, within three (3) years of purchase, the following options are given to the purchaser;

3.1 Seller will refund 50% of the purchase price stated above if the buyer does not wish to replace or return the dog,

3.2 Buyer will return the dog to the seller and receive a full refund for the purchase price stated above.

· No amount of refund shall exceed the dog’s original purchase price. No refund will be given until this dog is spayed or neutered.

4. AKC Papers will be registered as “LIMITED REGISTRATION” Classification, and this dog must be neutered or spayed as agreed on.

4.1 Limited AKC Registration, never to be used for breeding purposes, and to spayed or neutered at the appropriate age. If a litter is produced accidentally or intentionally then this dog and all offspring will be immediately returned to Seller. Limited registration restricts any placement in conformation shows or breeding. It does allow any and all placements into performance events with this type of registration.

5. $100 (One Hundred Dollars) will be returned to the Buyer for each title this dog receives to his/her registered name in any AKC or UKC performance events. Dog must carry the Tintlet Kennel name to receive this offer.

6. If at any time the Buyer listed above wishes to dispose of this dog, it is agreed that the Buyer shall return the dog to the breeder at the Buyer’s expense. If the breeder resells the dog then any money, less expenses, will be returned to the buyer.

7. All Veterinary expenses experienced after the sale is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Copies of all veterinary and diagnostic information will be made available to Seller within 10 days of seller written of oral agreements.

8. It is agreed that the Buyer shall not dispose of this dog to a dog dealer, pet shop, agent of either, animal shelter, or rescue group.

9. If the Buyer is responsible for the disposal of this dog to the organizations listed in 8 above, the seller shall have recourse through the courts for damages in our name and reputation to the amount of $5,000.00 (Five Thousand dollars).

10. This dog shall be maintained in an adequate enclosed area, or on a leash and not allowed to roam at will.

11. Buyer will abide by all local, county state and nation regulations as to licensing, care, and responsibility of the dog.
